About Me
Rachel Locke is an audio software engineer, currently working at British loudspeaker company KEF on audio signal processing for active loudspeaker products.
Previously working alongside Jatin Chowdhury at ChowdhuryDSP, Rachel contributed to the development of both open-source and commercial audio plugins.
Her journey into the world of audio development stems from a background in DJ and electronic music production. Rachel remains an active participant in her local electronic music scene on the South East coast of the UK, where she has been based for the past three years.
At the upcoming conference, Rachel will be speaking on the topic of splines in digital audio effect chains and aims to present her talks in an accessible and engaging manner to empower others to follow their curiosity.
When she's not coding or digging for obscure dance music, you can find her growing pumpkins and lifting weights.
